Call for Abstracts


Message for submission of abstracts
for the 6th Symposium

  1. Publication of abstracts:
    Abstracts accepted for presentation in 2009 will be published on the
    website of Clinical & Investigative Medicine Vol 32, No 2, 2009

  2. Deadline for submission of abstract: December 12, 2008.

  3. Language of abstracts: English only.

  4. Notice of acceptation / rejection of Abstracts will be sent to authors
    no later than February 15 2009.

  5. Abstracts will be accepted in one of three types of presentation :
    a. Poster;
    b. Commented Poster;
    c. Oral presentation.

The submission of an abstract is done in 2 steps:

Step 1:
You must register for the Abstract Submission in the amount of 50 $ CAD.
This amount is for your abstract evaluation. If your abstract is not accepted, there will be no refund.

Important, take note of your Reference Number: event5-xxx which is on
your confirmation of payment received by email. This number will be required to submit your abstract in Step 2.

Step 2:

You can now submit your abstract (by clicking on "submit").
