CME:
The program has been approved for continuing medical education
credits (CME) category 1 by l’Association des médecins de langue
française du Canada (AMLFC). L’ AMLFC is accredited by the
Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education.
For:
1. Les Ateliers de l’AMLFC of May 15: Ateliers sur la qualité de vie des médecins pour les médecins (médecins généralistes et spécialistes)
of CME category 1.
2. The 3 days of the Symposium (13, 14, 15 may) of the 6th Symposium of CME category 1.
To receive the CME certificate, each participant must complete the evaluation questionnaire, sign it ant return it to the Registration desk before 6h00pm, Friday May 15, 2009.
CEC:
The program of the 6th Symposium accredited for continuing education
credits for non physicians by the Scientific Committee.
The non-physician participants to the 6th Symposium will receive an attestation of participation indicating the number of hours of formation
which they will be responsible to present to their respective Professional Association. Professional Associations having previously accredited the content of the 6th Symposium are listed in the printed version of the final program received at the time of registration.
To receive the CEC certificate, each participant must complete the evaluation questionnaire, sign it ant return it to the Registration desk before 6h00pm, Friday, May 15, 2009.
